Hi, I’m Heidi. I believe we're meant to discover our true purpose and happiness in life, and that we do this by healing ourselves. My mission in this lifetime is to share my unique gifts, to shine my light as brightly as humanly possible, and encourage others to do the same.

Over 15 years ago I started down a path of self-discovery. I wanted more from my job, my relationships, and my life in general. I was angry about my upbringing and felt trapped by my circumstances. I was stuck in a state of blame and victimization.

I was grinding it out in the corporate world and had become complacent with the work-hard-play-hard mentality. I was running on autopilot. When my relationship blew up and I hit rock bottom, I flew across the country to start my life over in my best friend’s basement.

My vision for the the future had been based on my past. Once I realized I could change my perception and projection, I began to see that inside every experience were hidden gifts, and everything started to shift. I started transforming anger, fear, and resentment into gratitude, possibility, and connection. I watched my relationships radically shift, strengthen and deepen. I found a new appreciation for my childhood and the lessons that were there to teach me something about myself. I was able to tap into my creativity, and enjoy life from an entirely new perspective.

About two years ago, I experienced an inner awakening that inspired me to follow my passion for personal development work. I started to identify the sub-conscious programs that were no longer serving me and the societal pressures I no longer wished to subscribe to. I’ve learned so much from others who have had the courage to share their stories and techniques. I am now doing the same.
